My car can't install apps. Can I still use it?
Yes - that is what the web app is for. It runs in your phone's browser and plays through the car's Bluetooth. It is coming soon.
Is it safe to use while driving?
Set it up while you are parked. The sound is for fun only: keep it at a level where you can hear sirens, horns and your car's warnings.
What if it doesn't work in my car?
Tell us within 7 days. If we can't make it work, you get a full refund.

Terms of Use

These terms cover the EV Engine Sim car app, the web app and this website. They are the same terms every driver accepts in the car app.
1. Your safety comes first
You are always fully responsible for driving safely and for obeying traffic laws. Do not look at, set up or adjust the app while driving - only when the car is parked. The engine sound is for entertainment only: it is not a safety, warning or driving-assistance feature, and it may be wrong, late or silent.
2. Keep the volume sensible
Keep the sound at a level where you can always hear sirens, horns, your car's own warnings and the people and traffic around you. Follow any local rules about vehicle noise.
3. Car data and what is shared
To follow your driving, the app reads data from your car, such as speed, pedal, gear and brake, with your permission. It only reads; it never controls or changes your car. When you verify your car or send a report - and by itself, without asking, when the car does not connect fully or when a car not yet on our list connects - the app sends the developer technical information: car make and model, head unit details, app settings, connection details and app error logs. It does not send your name, contacts or location history. To tie a PRO licence to this car, the app sends a coded form of your car's VIN (or of the head unit's id) and the VIN's last 6 characters, and checks the licence each time it is online. The app also sends, with a random number in place of your identity: the app version, the car you chose, the head unit and Android version, your country, how each setup step went, which speaker outputs work, and which Store packs you preview, download or delete. This information is used only to support your car and improve the app. By accepting, you agree to this sharing.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind. The developer does not promise that it works with your car, is free of errors, or will always be available or updated.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any accident, injury, damage to any vehicle or property, fine, loss of data, or any direct or indirect loss that comes from using or not being able to use the app. You use the app at your own risk.
6. Your car and its warranty
Installing apps on your car's system may not be approved by your car's maker or dealer. You are responsible for checking that this is allowed for your car and for any effect on its warranty or service.
7. Names and trademarks
Car and brand names and pictures in the app are used only to describe sound styles and supported cars. The app is not made, approved or sponsored by any car maker, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
8. No reverse engineering or content extraction
EV Engine Sim, its software, licence verification mechanisms, sound profiles, audio files and assets are the proprietary intellectual property of SENGTHAI SRENG. You agree not to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, unpack, modify, circumvent licence or PRO / MAX checks, or extract, copy, redistribute or publicly share any sound files or software components from the app or its servers.
9. Changes
These terms may change with an app update. If they change in an important way, the app will ask you to accept them again. If there is any difference between the English and Khmer text, the English text applies.

This policy explains what EV Engine Sim (made by SENGTHAI SRENG, Cambodia) collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. The car app
The car app reads your car's speed, pedal, gear and brake to play the sound. It sends us the technical information listed in section 3 of the Terms of Use (car model, head unit, settings, connection details, error logs, a coded form of your VIN for the licence). It does not send your name, contacts or location history.
2. The web app
In the browser, the web app reads your phone's GPS speed only to drive the sound. Your speed and position stay on your device and are not sent to us, unless you choose to send a drive report for support.
3. Purchases
When you buy, we keep your order: the edition, the price, the date, your licence code and the car it is tied to. KHQR payments go through your bank and our Telegram bot; we see the payment receipt you send. Card and wallet payments on the website are handled by our payment partner (Dodo Payments, the merchant of record); we never see or store your card details.
4. Accounts and contact
When accounts open on the website, we keep your email address and a protected form of your password, and the device you are signed in on. When you write to us by email, Telegram or WeChat, we keep the conversation to help you.
5. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies it needs: your language and, later, your sign-in session. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) may check your browser to stop automated abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.
6. Who we share with
Only the services that run EV Engine Sim: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), our payment partners, and Telegram for KHQR orders. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
7. Keeping and deleting
We keep order and licence records as long as your licence is active and as the law requires for sales records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time - contact us and we answer within 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the last change. If the English and Khmer text differ, the English text applies.
Refund Policy

PRO ($4.99) and MAX ($13.99) are one-time digital purchases. We want them to work for you.
1. 7-day refund if it does not work
If, within 7 days of your purchase, EV Engine Sim cannot work in your car or on your phone, contact us. We will first try to fix it with you. If we cannot make it work, we refund the full price.
2. How to ask
Write to us by email, Telegram or WeChat (see Contact) within 7 days of the purchase, with your order number or licence code, your car make and model (or your phone), and what does not work. A short video or the car app's report helps us fix it quickly.
3. How the money comes back
Card and wallet payments are refunded to the same card or wallet through our payment partner. KHQR payments are refunded by bank transfer to the account that paid. Refunds are sent within 7 days of our decision; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
4. After a refund
The licence code of a refunded purchase is turned off, and the car and the web app go back to LITE.
5. Not covered
We do not refund after 7 days, when the app works as described but you changed your mind, or when a licence was shared or misused against the Terms of Use. This does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
